Our chickens aren’t laying in the roll out nesting boxes. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with them. They aren’t falling for the fake egg trick.

I also use milk cartons. And for the eggs, get white golf balls and put 2 or three in the nest. They work like a charm!
I have no idea what your talking about,but we use milk crates for our nests,we just put straw in them and most of the hens lay in them……(they look like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/cutest_bunny_ever/12265495/
but instead of kids in there we put straw lol they work quite well….)but I don’t know where you would get them……
