I want to give my chicken coop a good cleaning and was thinking of waiting till all the chickens are out of the coop and I was going to take out the nesting boxes there are 6 chickens if that matters will it completly mess the chickens up?or will they get mad?

Yes it is okay to move there boxes. I actually rearrange mine every now and then. Your hens wont mind!Good Luck!:)
